Memberships Changes

There are a group of members (Susie Gorman, Catherine McDonald and Mary MacDonald), that will be coming in and saying they are current members at a YMCA in Texas.  We need to verify that they are members, before waiving the enrollment fee.  Susie Gorman already has a membership as of 05/07/12.  They can not make any changes to the account without Troy or Bill's ok.  If they want to add any children to this account under the name of Mcdonald they can not.  Catherine McDonald would have to have her on household account if this were to happen. 

If they come in after 5 pm to sign up for an account, they will need to come back during day hours.  Per Troy and Bill.

We believe these families to be Gypsy's and they are taking advantage of our trusting nature and our household policy.
