Call in Cancellations

Hey all,

We need to go back to taking a firmer stance on having people come in to fill out a cancellation form.  The only way they can get around coming in to fill out a cancellation form going forward is if they have relocated from the Bismarck, Mandan, or Lincoln area.  They will be emailed one that they can fill out.  

If someone really refuses to come in send them to me and I will email them a cancellation form to fill out.
