September Promotion

Team, 

We will be running a enrollment fee promotion starting Tuesday, September 7th running through Thursday September 30th where we will waive the enrollment fee. Additionally, any new joins that sign up for a Household type membership (Single Parent Household, Household, Senior Household or Senior Single Parent Household) can register their kiddos for half off ONE registration for group swim lessons or a sports program. Private swim lessons are not eligible for the half off discount. The half off a program discount must be redeemed by 9/30/2021. The adjustment to use for this is now added in Daxko as "1 September Promotion - Aquatics" and "1 September Promotion - Sports". I put the 1 in front of both so they will be the first adjustments that appear in the adjustments list to make things easier for us. Both adjustments will automatically take 50% off the registration once applied. If the new member does not register for a program right away when they sign up please add an Alert to their profile stating that they are "Eligible for 50% off one sports or group swim lessons session." Set the alert to expire 9/30/2021. The program discount piece will only be able to be redeemed in person or over the phone. Once they have redeemed their 50% off discount delete the alert so we know they have used it. 

I will be removing the enrollment fee charge from all membership types so we will not need to adjust that off.
