MHA Memberships

MHA is now requiring us to have both the tribal ID number and a photo copy of their tribal ID for billing purposes. In order for a member of MHA to get Three Affiliated Tribes to pay for half of their membership this must be provided at the time of sign up. Please make a photo copy of their tribal ID (only one tribal ID is needed for a household membership) as well as adding a note to their membership profile stating the tribal ID number. Place the photo copy of the ID in the paperwork to be scanned to Jennifer Keller at the end of the night.
