Body Attack demo class

Hey all,

We will be launching our new group ex class, Body Attack, on July 2nd!  There will be a staff only demo this Sunday (6/30/19) at 2 PM in Studio 1 at the Y for any staff person interested in taking or observing the class to learn what it is and how to speak to it if any members ask questions about it.  I highly encourage you to check it out!
