Mobile App Troubles

Hey all,
A lot of members with Samsung phones (only some models seem to have been effected) where it deletes the members membership card information after it is entered in. We are working with Daxko to resolve this problem and have been trying to get it resolved since Friday of last week. In the meantime, if someone asks for the bar code info to add back into the app, ask them to take a screenshot of their "Cards" screen on the mobile app after the bar code number has been entered. They can then store the screen shot in their gallery. Another option would be them to take a close up picture of the physical card they were given.
