Birthday Party calls/questions

Hey all,

If someone calls or stops by the desk to ask about a specific date to book the party room and you see that it is booked, please still get their information and the date/time they would like to book. We are starting a back-up list in case someone cancels and we need to get the spot filled. Have them fill out a party request form if they are here and make a note next to the times that are booked that they would like.  If they call in, transfer them to either Alysha or myself.
