Scheels Shop and Shape offer

We offered those attending the Scheels Shop and Shape event this past Sunday an exclusive offer that is only available to them that waive the enrollment fee, prorated dues and May's membership dues if they present the voucher they received when they sign up by 4/30/2021. THIS OFFER IS NOT AVAILABLE TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC. 

If someone presents this voucher set their membership up like you normally would. Waive the enrollment fee and prorated dues by using the "Membership - Enrollment Fee Discount" and the "Membership - Prorate Discount" respectively. Since they are not charged for May, we also need to change the process date from May 2021 to June 2021. To do this, see the steps below. I have attached a copy of the flyer to the bottom of this post for you to reference. 

• • Click the drop down menu next "Next Process Date" (it should show May 2021)

  • Change the "Next Process Date" to June 2021

  • Add your adjustments (Membership - Enrollment Fee Discount for the Join Fee and Membership - Prorate Discount to the prorated April dues as well as the May dues)

  • Finish the sign up process as normal from here on. 

  • Once the account has been created add a Note to the new members account stating "Scheels Shop and Shape Offer" so Jennifer Keller knows why the fees were waived. 

  • Place voucher in my (Dan's) mailbox.

Again, this offer is not available to the general public. Please do not mention it if anyone calls asking if we are running any specials/promotions.
