Schedule for National Senior Health and Fitness Day 5/29

National Senior Health and Fitness Day will be coming up Wednesday, May 29th. It will be held in the Y Gym from 9-12 PM (vendors will be showing up around 8 AM to set up). They will begin setting up booths for this event Tuesday evening after Family Fun Gym time so the Y Gym will be off limits once that concludes at 7:00 PM. This event is free and open to the community. The schedule of events is listed below:
9:00 a.m. Vendor show opens (34 vendors)
9:30 a.m. Yoga with Debi Rogers
10:00 a.m. Therapeutic Gardening with Connie Stober
10:30 a.m. Tai Chi with Jean Anderson
11:00 a.m. Cardio with Barb Thorsen
11:30 a.m. Stroke Awareness Presentation with Sherry Benson
