Group Swim Lessons/Sports programs

Team,

If a participant misses a session of group swim lessons, a practice or game for any sports programs there are no make up dates. If someone wants to register for a program of any kind but says they cannot make a particular date they do not receive a discount. The only time that either a make up date or a prorated rate reduction would happen is if we had cancel a particular date of a program (example: when we had to close the facility in March 2020 we refunded or put a system credit on swim lesson and sports participants accounts).
