Heartview guest passes

Team,

If someone comes in with a Heartview guest pass that is their ticket to be able to utilize the agency sign in sheet. If they present the pass, accept it and enter their information (date, time, first and last name and age) in the Agency Sign In Google Sheet. We do not require Heartview to provide us an approved list of individuals that are allowed to use the facility. That is why they have physical guest passes.
