Membership Promotion update

Hey all,
Just wanted to clarify a couple of things with the current membership promotion. First, this promotion is for new members only. Those reactivating a membership that has been inactive for less than 30 days do not qualify. They would need to pay the prorate to get their membership started back up (no enrollment fee). Second, SilverSneakers/Silver & Fit and new employees do not qualify. Third, for new members adding upgrades (locker room, child watch, or both) we are not charging them a prorate for the remainder of this month if they add them at the time of sign up. If they want to add them later in the month they have to pay for them. Try to convince them to add the the upgrades at the time of sign up to try them out. If they do, make sure that you are very clear with them that if they want to take an upgrade off they need to fill out a change form by 4/30/19 to get the upgrade removed from their profile for the month of May.
