Lark's, Bull Moose and Flickertail Baseball Team's memberships

Hey all,

Bismarck will be hosting three baseball teams throughout the summer being that some states do not allow travel for teams at this time.  We will be giving the players and coaches all memberships while they are with the team.  These memberships will all be set up by midday tomorrow and I will be bringing the players membership cards to the Lark's office to distribute to all of the teams.  The players have all been instructed that they need to bring a photo ID in with them their first visit and get a photo taken.  Other than taking the photo we should not have to do anything at the desk.  Each team has been given a specific "schedule" of when their players are allowed to work out in the facility in order to prevent over crowding.  We have put Low level (blue) alerts on all of the players accounts indicating which team they are with.  If you notice a large influx of people from the same team coming in at the same time (10 or more) please let me know as we may need to reevaluate how we are handling these teams.  The earliest anyone should be in to get their picture taken is Monday, June 8th.  However if they come in over the weekend you can get them started a couple of days early.
