Upgrading from Adult to Household Membership type

Hey everyone,
When someone is going from Adult to Household, the person who is the active adult HAS to be the one to fill out the Change Form to do the upgrade. The new person can't just add themselves to someone's membership. Lately I have received a few forms where the new person fills out the form to add themselves to someone's membership. This is not acceptable for upgrades, it has to be the active person. Once the second adult is active, they can make changes to the account. So again, please make sure the active person is the one doing the form. Please make sure everyone sees this. Thanks.
Also, the adults on a household account are the only ones that can make changes to an account. A child listed on the account cannot make any changes to the profile.
