Member Upgrades

When doing upgrades, they DO NOT terminate the membership and then re-activate with the new type. They just have to click the Edit link at the top left and change the membership type. Many of the staff have been doing this so someone is showing them incorrectly. Please have them ask if they need to know how to do this the right way. Thanks.
