Reopening additional areas of the facility

Hey all,

When it comes to responding to members questions about a time frame for the reopening of a specific area please do not give them any dates or date ranges.  We need to keep things as generic as possible until an official plan for reopening any area has been laid out and approved.  

A good response for those types of questions would be something along the lines of:

"We unfortunately do not have any updates on that area at this time.  We are continuously monitoring updates on the Smart Restart guidelines from the Governor and when we are able to open additional areas of our facility we will email out information and post on social media at that time."
