BCBS daily visit count

When a member asks to see how many visits they have for a month please click on the log tab under visit history and count up the visits.  Remember that it is one visit per day.  If they scan in at the front desk than at the fitness locker room or again at one of the desks all in the same day it is still only one visit.  All these scans will show in visit history, if you just look at the main page.  If you have questions on how to do this please contact Troy, he will show you how to do this.
