Letting people in the YDC

Team,

Under zero circumstances are we to open a door to the YDC to allow anyone through. Even if they say they are going to pick up their child. This is for the safety of the children. Only certain people are allowed to pick up children and need to be on an approved pick up list. If someone that is not on the approved pick up list were to pick up a child without authorization we could get into major trouble.
