Parkinson's Participants

Hi all,

We are now requiring that the Parkinson's participants have scan cards so they may be stopping at the desk to pick those up in the near future.  We need them to have their card and scan in like everyone else.  No more letting them in if they say "Parkinson's". They should be set up in Daxko as a Parkinson's member already.  If they are not in Daxko or are not active as a Parkinson's member (or another membership type), they have not filled out a membership application yet.  McKaela Larson is working on getting all of the participants to fill out an app and she will be sending those through to Jennifer Keller once completed to enter into Daxko.  You will not have to set up a membership for these individuals unless they want to sign up for a full pay, scholarship, or SilverSneakers.

These individuals are only allowed to use the facility from 1:30-3:00 PM on Monday's and Wednesday's and from 1:45-3:00 PM on Friday's at no charge.  I will be putting alerts on each of their profiles with the times that they are allowed to use the facility for free.  If they want to use the facility outside of this time frame they need to purchase a guest pass, sign up for a membership, or look into SilverSneakers/Silver & Fit/ AARP membership options.
