Group Exercise Class Registration Troubleshooting

From April Robinson:

1. Remember to ask what someone is trying register for if they say they "can't register" for a class to have them clarify what class they are signing up for. Some folks are confused and think that swim lessons and youth sports are classes so I am having to pass them along again to the right department. This will help ensure we minimize the amount of times they are getting transferred and can prevent unnecessary frustration for the member.

2. If member say they have tried to register but it say "email address already exists" it is because they have already created a login and just need to make sure they go back to the "sign up" link for the class and then make sure they are on the "login" tab and not the "create login" tab. Here is a screen shot for those tabs for reference.

3. If they get a message that says "It seems we do not have permission to create cookies on your browser" that is on their end and not ours. They need to go into their browser settings and set it up to "allow cookies".  Some devices will also have a notification in their web address search bar that they need to click to allow pop ups or allow cookies in addition to changing the settings. Each device and Operating System is different so that is about as far as we can help with that piece. If they need further instruction they need to contact the help desk for their device to troubleshoot further.
