Basket Ball Event

Hey all,

The annual Basket Ball Fundraising event is coming up on March 22nd!  This is a fundraiser for our Annual Support Campaign that funds things like our LiveStrong and Parkinson's programs, child care assistance, membership assistance, and safety around water programs.  We can sell individual tickets at the Member Service desk for $50 per person.  Do to this it is listed in Programs under "Basket Ball Fundraiser".  You will be asked if they are interested in Child Watch.  If they aren't select "No" and then "Next" at the bottom of the page to proceed.  If they are, select "Yes" and find out how many kids (age 2-10) and choose the corresponding option.  You will then need to enter the kiddos information.  If kids are going to be in Child Watch, parents/guardians do not need to register them for the event. They would only be charged the add on ($25 for one child and $15 for each additional child).  If someone is interested in purchasing a full table for a group or organization they can do so through Amy Brown.  We will only be handling individual registrations at the desk.  There may be times when someone comes in and wants to purchase tickets for multiple people that are on different accounts.  

To make registration easier in house if someone is purchasing admission for people that aren't on their own account we will register the individuals not on the account under the person who is paying.  After payment print a copy of the receipt and write the names of the individuals not on that account on there and place the receipt in Amy's mailbox so she knows who will be attending. 

If someone is interested in Child Watch that is in a group or organization that purchased a table please direct them to Alysha to assist them with registration.
