Common Mistakes in October

Hey all!

Every month Jennifer Keller puts together a list of common errors that are made during the sign up process, for membership changes, cancellations and miscellaneous things.  Attached is a list of the most common things that happened in the month of October.  Please read it over and make sure that you fully understand each of those items and the correct way to do each process.  Even if you think you know the right way to do it but you aren't 100% sure please follow up with myself or Alex and we would be happy to teach you how!
