Lark's Player and Coaches Free Membership for Summer

The players and coaches get a free basic adult membership to the Y.  We don't let them upgrade to household or add on fitness locker room. They can pay the daily locker pass if they want to use the fitness locker room.  They have to sign up at the Y and not FW.  The memberships go until 8/31.  In Daxko set them up as an Adult membership, Monthly payment method, and set up on Invoice, not Draft.  There is a special adjustment called Membership - Larks Agreement that we need to use for the enrollment fee and the prorate.  And then Keller will fix their expiration date once I get the App.  The Larks will be sending us a roster of their players and will send a new roster every time it is updated.  This roster will be at each desk as soon as I get it.  If their name is not on the roster we cannot set them up.  

I will be bringing a stack of membership apps down to the Lark's office either today or tomorrow.  I believe their first meeting with the players isn't until next Monday so we probably won't see any coming in until early next week.
