Daxko/Procedural Errors
Post date: Sep 14, 2021 10:16:58 AM
Team,
Below are some common mistakes made either in Daxko or general procedural errors that Jennifer Keller has asked that we address. If you are not sure what any of these are referring or how you are supposed to do any of these processes please be sure to ask.
Entering New Joins/Non-Members
Use proper capitalization on names and addresses.
If someone is eligible for SilverSneakers, they have to sign the signature pad and we have to have them complete the SilverSneakers waiver (located in the forms drawer).
Look up all individuals that will be on the account to make sure we are not creating any duplicates profiles.
Choose the correct membership type at the start of sign up. Ask some extra questions before choosing a membership type (Is the membership going to be for yourself or a family?; If a family, will there be one adult or two on the account?; Would you like to add the upgraded locker room to your membership?; Would you like to pay monthly, semi annually or annually?).
Changes:
Jennifer processes all downgrade (i.e. going from a Household to an Adult, removing Child Watch, etc.) changes in Daxko. Any downgrade changes take effect the 1st of the following month.
We process all upgrades and charge the prorated difference at the desk. All upgrades require a change form and the use of the Prorate Calculator Excel spreadsheet located on the desktop on all front desk computers.
Change Forms are required to add individuals on to active memberships.
Staff Rate Forms are required for all staff membership upgrades and downgrades in addition to the Change Form.
Miscellaneous:
Do not delete the Termination Date alerts on anyone's profile unless you have signed them back up for a membership.
Use your own Daxko login.
