Daxko changes

Hey all,

We are getting ready to get things set up for online membership sign up.  To do this we have to tweak how things look in Daxko and add in Age Groups to each membership group.  This will change how things look a little bit, but will ensure that people are signing up for the correct membership type and being charged the right price if they are signing up online. 

The age groups aren't going to change any policies or anything like that, but you might notice when you are entering a date of birth in Daxko if the age of that person exceeds the age group for the membership type.  For example, if you tried to enter someone in for a youth membership that was 10 it wouldn't work because the age group cut off is 9.  

The age groups are as follows:

Youth: Birth-9

Student: 10-18

Adult: 19-64

Senior: 65-100+
