Group Ex Schedule on the Mobile App

Hey all,

April has shared with me that she gets a lot of emails from us stating the information on the mobile app is not correct.  The app is accurate 99% of the time according to her.  She asked that I remind everyone that if someone comes to them with that complaint that they ask the member to check which facility's schedule they are looking at.  They can choose either the Y or FW in the app and the majority of the time the member is looking at the wrong facility.
