Coronavirus hold option for seniors

Hey all,

If a senior or a senior household member comes in wanting to cancel their membership due to the coronavirus scare we will offer them the option to put their membership on hold through the end of April by using the Snowbird Hold option.  With this option they will not be charged for the month of April 2020, will not have to pay the enrollment fee and the account will automatically start back up May 1, 2020 unless they come to fill out a cancellation form.  

If they choose to take this option we have to note that it is because of the corona virus scare on the form so we can track the impact of this situation.  

I know it seems off to use the Snowbird Hold compared to a medical hold for this but we cannot make any changes to any policies without the approval of the Membership Committee and the Board of Directors which would take at least two weeks as they won't both meet again until the end of the month so we need to work with what we have in place for the time being.  

We currently will not be offering any holds for any membership types other that Senior or Senior Household (SilverSneakers - Locker Room would apply if they are 65 or older).
