Transferring calls to child care

Team,

Please make sure that you are paying attention to who you are transferring child care calls to. There are different people in charge of different age groups. For example, Kathleen Bilstad is in charge of Infant, toddler and preschool aged kiddos. Alyssa Pfleiger is in charge of school age (Kindergarten-6th grade). If a caller does not specify the age of the child they are calling in regards to, please ask them how old they are. This will help you narrow down who you are supposed to send them to.
