Birthday Party Reservations

Hey all,

We are very close to being able to start to take birthday party reservations.  We are in process of finalizing the rental contracts.  We will not be taking reservation until this process is finalized (hopefully by the end of the day Wednesday 3/20).  Once this is finalized we will be pushing the information on social media and our mobile app until we can get handouts approved by Scheel's (they bought the naming rights to the party room so we need to run everything we print by them for approval). 

You might notice on the staff@bismarckymca.org calendar there is a separate calendar for parties.  This will be so you can look to see what is available for party times if a person asks.  If someone is in looking for information we will have a Party Reservation Request form that you can have them fill out if they are asking in person or if they are calling in please fill one out for them.  Please put the completed form in Alysha's mailbox so she can reach out to them.  All scheduling and payments will be handled by Alysha or myself so you do not need to worry about that.
