September Promotions

We will have two separate promotions in September.  The first is directly targeting anyone that cancelled between the months of March and July 2020 (do not mention this offering as it is not available to everyone). Those individuals will be receiving a mailer and an email letting them know that if they sign up between Tuesday, September 8th and Wednesday, September 30th that they pay no enrollment fee, no prorated dues for September and they receive a $50 program credit to put towards Youth Sports, Swim Lessons or Personal Training/Boot Camp.  They must have the mailer or the email with them at the time of sign up to get this offer.  To adjust off the enrollment fee please use the Membership - Enrollment Fee Discount adjustment and to adjust off the prorated dues please use the Membership - Prorate Discount adjustment.  

After sign up, please encourage them to use their credit right away as it will expire 10/31/2020.  If they do not want to use the credit right away put a low level (blue) alert on the primary member's account stating "Has $50 credit to use towards programs.  Expires 10/31/2020.", set the End Date to be 11/1/2020 and copy the alert message into the Notes section on the members account.  

When they want to redeem their $50 credit, register them for whatever program they wish to enroll in, go to the payment screen, click on $0.00 under Paid/Adj, select the appropriate adjustment below, manually type in $50 and click Apply Discount (if the program costs less than $50 only enter the total cost of the program).

Remember to delete the alert as soon as they use their credit. 

The promotion available to everyone regardless if they were a past member or not will be 9/14-9/30.  That will be no enrollment fee and no prorated dues for the rest of September for those that sign up during that time frame.  To adjust off the enrollment fee please use the Membership - Enrollment Fee Discount adjustment and to adjust off the prorated dues please use the Membership - Prorate Discount adjustment.
