Introducing FitMetrix

We will be offering a new value added service for our members here at the YMCA and Family Wellness called FitMetrix!  This product is used for heart rate training/tracking.  We will be installing monitors in our life center, studio 1, and the personal training studio that members can sink their heart rate monitors into and see their performance in real time.  We will be launching this product/service in the beginning of October and we are already advertising it on the mailer that we sent out so expect questions to start coming in soon!

We are also currently working on specific "ZONE" classes that will be specifically geared towards using these heart rate monitors.  Those are still in the development stages and as soon as there is more information to share on them I will pass it on.
