Steps to take if members can’t get online to do their health assessment:

1.       If they haven’t been on since 4/1/11, they need to re-register.  There is a green button on the sign-in screen that says “Not Registered? Sign Up Now!” that they click on and sign up all over again.

2.       If step 1 doesn’t work, they need to call MyHealthCenter customer service at 866-300-6949 and there is nothing further we can do at that point.

3.       If they can’t get through to MyHealthCenter, they can call Member Services at 800-342-4718.
