Birthday Parties!!

PLEASE READ ALL OF THIS AND ASK ME IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS!  We are going live with birthday parties today! We all need to be on the same page and be communicating with potential party renters what we have to offer.

For those of you that were unable to make our last team meeting you do not need to worry about booking or taking payment for these parties.  Alysha and I will be doing all of that.  When you receive a call, or someone stops in at the desk and we are here transfer them through to us for phone calls.  If they come in person get one of us from our office and we will meet with them. If we are out of the office, I have created the Party Reservation Request Form (attached) for you to have the individual fill out if they are in person.  If they are calling in please fill out the form for them so we are providing exceptional service!  Put the completed form in Alysha's mailbox and let the individual know that we will contact them the next business day.  This form has all of the important details for what the party includes as well as cost and the days and times that we offer parties.  There is a spot on the form for them to pick their top three options for party dates and times.  Filling out this form does not guarantee that they will get their first, second, or even third request.  You will be able to see what is tentatively available through the Google calendar by checking the Parties @ TheY tab if someone asks.  If there is a name entered in the time slot, it is booked already.  If it says Open either we have not processed a request for that date/time or it has not been requested yet. 

Please make yourselves familiar with the following information:

Cost: Members: $135  Non Member $175

          This price includes: 10 children (including birthday child), a goodie bag for each child, birthday child gets a t-shirt, and a party attendant to help guests know where to go,                  help with set up/tear down, and answer questions (does not go in pool with children).  

Party length: 2 hours of pool time with private party room

Available Time Slots: Friday 7-9 PM

                                     Saturday 1-3 PM & 330-530 PM

                                     Sunday 1-3 PM & 330-530 PM

Cost for additional children: The cost for children above the 10 included is $10 per child.  The maximum that the party room can hold at this time is 14 so their can only be 4 extra children at this time.  

Age Restrictions:  Children under the age of 5 require one adult (or someone at least 16 years old) for every four children.  

                                Children age 5-8 require one adult per ten children.  

Water Slide Restrictions:  Must be 48" tall to use water slides.  Parent can not go down the slide with children shorter than 48". Small play features available for all heights.
