Program registration reminders

Hey all,

Just a couple reminders when it comes to registering someone for a program:

- If the program they want to register for is full, it is full.  Please don't tell them to just show up at that time. If they really want to register for that class they need to contact the director of the program to see if they can fit them in.

- Don't turn away a registration if there is space open and they are wanting to pay for it.  If they need to switch something we can switch something for them as long as the other time they want still has availability.
