Insurance Reimbursement questions

Hey all,

Just a reminder that Amanda Wimer handles all insurance reimbursement issues.  Jennifer Keller mentioned that she has been getting a lot of calls transferred to her about this lately and asked me to remind y'all.  She is unable to assist the member with this issue so they need to be transferred again which shouldn't have to happen.  

If you have questions on who to transfer certain situations to please let me or a Team Leader know and we will help you make sure we are getting people to where they need to be the first time they are transferred.
