Phase 1 Group Ex Schedule for FW

Registration is required. No walk ins accepted. Registration for classes open 24 hours BEFORE the class starts. Registration closes 1 hour BEFORE the class starts. Members register for classes at bismarckymca.org under the group fitness schedule (see previous group ex post or laminated print out at the desk for registration instructions). Class size limit is 16 in Studio 1 and 11 in Mind and Body. No overflow allowed.
