December Blue Cross Blue Shield Deposits for Members

The BCBS/ND deposit went in but of course there’s an issue.  Almost no one got credit for their December visits.  Vanco was supposed to automatically submit December and January along with the February visits I sent.  January went through fine but not December so a ton of people are going to be ticked.  I am waiting to hear from NIHCA about what happened but we are going to get tons of questions on this.  I will be resubmitting December for everyone myself when I send in March’s visits.
