Member Pick up stuff

Please look around the member pick up file box for packages if a member comes and says they have something at the desk.  I have had multiple directors say that there has been a bag/package with the name clearly marked on it for someone to pick up and one of our staff has told them there is nothing here for them.  This makes us look really unorganized so please take a couple extra second to double check that there isn't anything sitting around the file box.
