New Agency

Hey everyone,

We have partnered with a new agency so their participants can use our facility at no cost to them.  The F5 Project is transitional living facility that helps individuals with their rehab needs.  Their group is now listed with all of the other agencies in the Agency Guest Sign in Google Sheet that is on all of the desk computers.  There is a list of eligible participants listed on the right hand side of the sheet.  If someone is not listed on there that claims to be able to use the facility please tell them to talk to Ryan Hensley, the Care Coordinator at the F5 Project to get them added.
