Team,
Below are some talking points to help describe what the MX4 training system is and how members are able to participate in it. I've also provided a link to a video that shows how some of the training program works.

The exclusive program combines top tier Matrix equipment with exciting workouts to help members improve cardio, power, strength and endurance in a way that is right for their body and fitness level.
The MX4 Training System is a circuit based training program that uses Matrix Treadmills, Rowing machines and Krankcycles (arm bike). Additional equipment used includes kettlebells, landmines, slam balls, battle ropes, jump ropes and heavy boxing bags.
Pre-registration is required as space is limited to 8 people per class.
Registration can be done through the mobile app under the "Schedules" tab or on our website through the Group Fitness Schedule page. This is the same process as we used when registration was required to participate in Group Fitness classes.
All members will get two free classes to try out starting Monday September 20th. These free classes will be valid through Friday October 1st.
All session will be taught by a YMCA Certified Personal Trainer.
Sessions will be scheduled throughout the day at various times.
Sessions are 30 minutes in length for MX4.
Sessions are 45 minutes in length for MX4 Active (two types of classes).
MX4 Active Aging is for the active older adult population.
MX4 Active Living is for beginners to fitness.
Starting October 4th, all sessions must be paid for either online through our website, through the mobile app or at the Member Service desk. MX4 session packages will be sold in the same way as Personal Training session packages are currently being sold. There will be different package sizes. Prices are yet to be determined. More will be shared on this when it is available.
