Full-Time Team Leaders

Hey Team!
Now that we have all four of our Team Leaders in place (super exciting!!), I just wanted to let you all know how the structure has changed from the SOD role. Our Team Leaders are your first contact when it comes to questions that you have. If they can't answer your question work your way up the chain (Alysha, then myself, then other deparment heads, etc.). Part of their role will be to make regular tours around the facility and interact with our members to make them feel welcome, as well as making sure that everything looks presentable in our facility. This can be when they are on a towel run or during a lull in the action. Each of the Team Leaders will have some additional responsibilities added on to their roles.
Alex is going to be our training specialist. She has put together an awesome training plan for new hires, and will be doing refreshers with any current staff that may not have received the best training when they were brought on.
Britni is going to be handling our financial assistance applications. She has been doing these for about a month or so now, and is very knowledgeable about what is required for individuals applying for assistance so if you are ever in question on an application she is a great resource for you to go to.
Jason will be helping out with our new Daxko Engage initiatives when we get them up and running (more information on those to come). Jason is also an amazing resource for you all to go to if you are uncertain of policies or procedures on something.
Samantha will be our Tour expert, and the go to for tours while she is on duty. She will also be doing some detailed research on our facility and putting together the ideal tour video for everyone to reference when they need to give a tour. (If Samantha is not on duty I would like you to come to myself or Alysha for tours as the first option).
If you are filling in for a Full-Time Team Leader, you will be expected to do the tours of the facility, interacting with members away from the desk, and making sure everything looks presentable in the facility.
