Phase 1 Group Ex Schedule for the Y

Registration is required.  No walk ins accepted.  Registration for classes open 24 hours BEFORE the class starts.  Registration closes 1 hour BEFORE the class starts.  Members register for classes at bismarckymca.org under the group fitness schedule.  Class size limit is 16 in Studio 1 and 11 in Mind and Body.  No overflow allowed.
