Strong Kids Week

Hey all,

Next week (4/1-4/5) is Strong Kids Week!  At the Member Service desk we will be having a bake sale.  If you would be willing to donate any baked goods to the cause it would be greatly appreciated!  (If you make anything that contains nuts please indicate that on the package you drop it off in so we don't give anyone an allergic reaction.)  Baked good will only be available for sale at the East desk.  There will be a table set up next to Bill's office with the goodies on it.  When someone picks something to purchase please use the one time fee in Daxko labeled ASC Member Services - Bake Sale.

Also, when someone makes any transaction (guest passes, upgrades, new joins, etc.) at the desk during that same time frame (4/1-4/5) we will be asking if they would like to donate $1, $3, or $5 to our annual support campaign before finalizing their transaction.  There will be signage that you can point to on the counter at each desk with the donation amount options and a description of what their donation would be going towards.  I know asking for donations might be a little uncomfortable for some of us, but please keep in mind that the donations that receive from this fund some of the life changing programs that we offer like LiveStrong, Parkinson's Prevention, Safety Around Water, and financial assistance for child care and membership for low income families. For these donations, please use the one time fee ASC Fund Raiser.

We can take up to $99 donations at the desk, anything over $100 Amy Brown needs to go through Amy Brown.  (If Amy Brown isn't here/available, she said to process the donation so we don't miss it under.  Use one time fee ASC Fund Raiser.)

I need 100% participation out of everyone on our team when it comes to asking for donations before finalizing transactions.  It is only for five days, please take a step out of your comfort zone to help make a difference in our community!
