Individuals with a Balance Due on their account

Hey all,

Just a reminder that if someone has a balance due on their account (other than for MHA, Exercise is Medicine, etc. where a different organization pays part/all of the balance) they HAVE to pay the balance due before they can register for another program, purchase a guest pass, or sign back up for membership.  

In the case of a child is coming in to purchase a guest pass and there is a balance due on the account from something prior, let the child purchase a guest pass that day, but inform the child that there is a balance due and he needs to talk to his parents about having it paid by the next time they come in or they will not be able to use the facility.  Please place an alert on the profile for the unit saying that you had the conversation with the child about the balance due so others on the team know.  

If someone disputes the balance due you can have them reach out to me and I will talk to them.
