Private Swim Lesson Registration in Daxko

Hey all,

To get a better understanding of how many new individuals and how many recurring individuals are signing up for Private Swim Lessons the Aquatics team has decided to split private lesson into to separate options, current and new.  When someone comes in to register for Private Lessons we need to first ask them if they have done private lessons with us in the past.  If they answer yes, they need to be registered under "CURRENT Participants- Private Swimming Lessons".  If they say no, they need to be registered under "NEW Participants- Private Swimming Lessons".  Everything from that point on will be the same process as before.

Please note - With the "NEW Participants- Private Swimming Lessons" there is a cap of 12 per month per category (individual or dual).  Once that cap is hit, anyone signing up will be put on a wait list.  The duration of that wait can be anywhere from a couple of days or until the start of the next month (or the following month depending on if there are more than 12 people on the wait list).  If the Aquatics team can get the new participants in before the end of the month they will.  If not, they will be the first individual's put on the following month's roster and will get them in at that time.  

One benefit for members of going this route is that most new private swim lesson participants are technically already on a wait list because we are booked solid but they still wind up paying for them and not being able to redeem them right away.  With the wait list system they will not have to pay until they are contacted by the Aquatics team to set up their lessons for them. 

This is a new process so if any of you come across anything that causes any issues please let me know so I can work with the Aquatics team to fix them.
