Cleaning Refresher

Team,
I'd like to thank everyone for their efforts keeping the desk clean and sanitized since we have reopened. For those of you who have not seen the numbers for Burleigh/Morton County in the past couple of days, we are not out of the woods with COVID yet and likely will not be for some time. We need to make sure that we are each doing our part with cleaning the desks, doors, tables, electronics, etc. regularly. We are all in this together and we need to make sure that we are doing everything we can so that our co-workers and their families are staying healthy.
May feels like a lifetime ago so below is a refresher from our reopening training we had so we are all on the same page.
All hard surfaces are sprayed with E-23 disinfectant and wiped down before shift changes and throughout our time at the desk.
All electronics are cleaned with the alcohol wipes before shift changes and throughout our time at the desk.
Individuals scheduled to close the building (scheduled to 11:00 or 11:30 PM) need to clean the desk, the areas around the desk and then help the Fitness Associate wipe down all of the equipment in the Life Center before they can leave.
Individuals scheduled until 9:30 PM need to assist with clearing the building or stay at the desk while the Team Lead clears the building until the Team Lead says they can leave. If you are staying at the desk during the time the Team Lead is clearing the building you should be cleaning the desk and lobby area to help the Team Lead.
Closing staff on Saturday's and Sunday's do not need to assist the Fitness Associate clean in the Life Center but still need to clean the desk and lobby areas before they can leave.
Thank you for everything that you do!
Sincerely,
