Locker Clean Outs

For any Fitness Locker Room member that needs something from their locker during the time locker rooms are unavailable we have a spreadsheet on a clipboard at the desk that we need to fill out for tracking purposes.  If they come to the desk asking for their things look them up in Daxko to verify their locker number and combination.  Staff will go to the locker room without the member coming in with them.  They can wait outside if they wish, but they are not allowed to physically enter the locker room at this time.  Staff will bring a trash bag (located on top of the first washing machine in the laundry room) with them and bag up the contents of the locker.  If member calls ahead and wants their things ready to go when they arrive, make sure to label it with their name and locker number.  Put call ahead requests in my office in case they do not arrive during your shift.
