NSF's after the 15th of the month

If someone's membership dues haven't been able to be collected after the second attempt on the 15th of each month, please have a conversation with them letting them know that if payment is received by the last day of the month their account will automatically go inactive on the 1st and they will not be able to use the facility after that date.
