Updating billing methods

Hey all,
If someone has a balance due on their account for their membership dues for that month and they want to change the billing method they have on file AFTER the 15th of the month we need to be processing the payment for that month at the time they update their payment method. We only attempt to draw from the account on file on the 6th and the 15th of each month. If neither of those attempts are successful we need to manually process the payment in order for them to not go inactive on the 1st of the following month.
If you see a balance due for membership dues on their profile after the 15th of each month, please try to collect those dues from those individuals as they are scanning in so we can avoid their memberships going inactive.
