Agency Sign In Process

Hey all!

We will be requiring all agency participants to sign in when they come to use the facility effective September 1st.  I have contacted everyone that I can via email asking them to pass this information on to their staff and participants so there shouldn't be any surprises The sign in sheets will be broken down by the name of the agency in a pink binder at the East Desk (the same one that we previously used for Charles Hall, Heart View, and Wakhanycza).  In addition to the three listed previously, the other organizations that will need to sign in are as follows:

Mentor Squad (Formerly Big Brothers, Big Sisters)

Pride 

Bridges of Hope

Manchester House (Pride Manchester)

West Central Human Services

Hope Manor

Ruth Meiers House

Anne Carlsen Center

Abused Adult Resource Center

North Dakota Teen Challenge

Pretty Bird Woman House

Dakota Boys and Girls Ranch 

Youth Works

The only information that they will need to provide is their first name and last initial, how old they are, and the date and time that they are using the facility.  We want to respect the confidentiality of these organizations as much as possible, but we need to be able to track how many times each participant uses the facility for the grants through the united way that we apply for. 

For the time being, I would like to keep this to only one binder so if they come in the West side we will send them through to the East desk.  In my email I sent out a specifically said that the sign in binder will be at the East Desk so that is where they should be going.
